At Cratejoy, we want you to love every box you receive; however, if you are not satisfied, our flexible return policy allows you to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please note that individual seller policies may vary, so we recommend reviewing the specific terms for each subscription box.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cratejoy account, navigate to your 'Subscriptions' tab, and select the order you wish to return to start the request process.
- 2.Contact the Seller
Use the 'Contact Seller' button to notify the merchant of your return; they will provide you with a return authorization and the correct shipping address.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed by the merchant.
